Your Personal Support Plan

The first step is to listen closely to you. We want to understand what makes you happy and what you find difficult. From this, a personal support plan is created just for you. This plan is based on your daily life, your likes and dislikes, and your routine. For example, if you prefer quiet spaces or have certain ways of communicating, these are included in your plan. If you want to learn new skills or go out more, we help you work towards these goals. The plan also includes ways to help when you feel upset or stressed. We find out what helps you feel safe and calm. The support you get is there all day to help you feel more confident and in control. Your support plan is reviewed often so that it can change as you grow and your needs change. This means you always get the right help at the right time.

Caring Team Who Understand You

The team at First Priority Healthcare are specially trained to support people with autism. But more than just training, they are caring and understanding. They respect your feelings and listen to what you want. They work with you to build trust and help you feel safe. They support you with daily tasks, help when things get tough, and encourage you to try new things at your own pace. Whether it’s cooking a meal, using public transport, or joining social activities, the team are there to support you every step of the way. We also help you join in your community. Meeting new people and taking part in groups or hobbies can help you feel more confident and happy. Our team celebrates every achievement you make, whether big or small, and supports you to keep moving forward.

Safe and Supportive Living

We provide calm and safe homes where you can live comfortably. Our homes are designed to suit your needs, with quiet areas if you need peace and spaces where you can enjoy your hobbies or relax. We also help with practical things like keeping your home clean and preparing meals. This support is there to help you live independently while still feeling secure. Our staff understand that everyone has good days and bad days, so we are always patient and ready to help. The safety of everyone we support is very important. Our services meet strict quality rules and are regularly checked by independent inspectors.
